That sounds so strange," she recalled.On a whim, she took one, suspecting her older sister, Christine Goines, might like to pass the time knitting for this odd-sounding project.For Ms. Deaniello, what began as a simple way for her sister to pass the time during a hospital stay evolved into a -- dare we say it? -- loosely knit network of others that would help create what organizers say might be the largest example of "yarn bombing" a public space in the United States.Motorists, bikers and walkers along the Allegheny River and those traveling below were treated to an unusual sight over the weekend. More than 600 hand-knit or hand-crocheted blankets in a prism of colors spanned the sides of the Andy Warhol Bridge and will remain there through the Sept. 7 weekend.The towers of the bridge were slowly being draped in large swaths of machine-knit colors.By lunchtime Sunday, a construction "boom lift" had just about completed the tower closest to the North Shore on both sides, including a large area in deep purple and teal."This is a year-and-a-half in the making," said Knit the Bridge co-director Penny Mateer, who said the selection of the Warhol Bridge was fitting, in that it's the only one in this country named for a visual artist.The roughly $100,000 project, created by the Fiberarts Guild of Pittsburgh as part of its current triennial exhibition and funded through various endowments and individual donations, brought together skeins of volunteers Sunday who whip-stitched the 72-by-34-inch acrylic panels with nylon thread.Lining the rims of the pedestrian walkways were knitted acrylic yarn borders, in black.Technical adviser Norman Beck devised a batten system to secure the larger panels to the towers, and workers were not permitted to be on that part of the bridge Sunday without hard hats.When the installation is removed, the blanket panels will be cleaned and, depending on condition, donated to homeless shelters, senior citizen centers and animal rescue groups."What's amazing about this project is how many people it's brought together. Thinking of the bridge as a metaphor, it's bridging differences and getting people to meet each other," Ms. Mateer said."This project has over 1,800 people ... not just [in] Allegheny County, but Westmoreland and beyond, people who just got together to hang out and knit and crochet, or 迷你倉出租earn how to do it."In the case of Hazelwood resident Ms. Deaniello, getting her ailing sister involved led to her own investment."It was so therapeutic for her. She had a few hospital stays and every time she went in, people would say 'What are you doing?'"She'd pull out the little card and tell them proudly what it was all about."A niece in Toledo, Ohio, Rose Durant, also got involved. Ms. Deaniello didn't stop there, though, and brought in yet another acquaintance to create panels, 90-year-old Zella Poindexter, who lives in a Pittsburgh nursing home.Much of the pre-site planning for Knit the Bridge was accomplished at the Spinning Plate gallery in East Liberty, where volunteers such as Ms. Deaniello, 71, were "little worker bees," she said, laughing.The real buzz began early Saturday, when the actual assembly began. With the bridge closed off to vehicle and foot traffic, the low chatter of conversation from the mostly female crews was a backdrop as they stitched away hours in the sun."I had the noon-to-3 shift [Saturday]," said Squirrel Hill's Barb Gengler, pointing to red skin. "I've just been working on sunburned ears and stuff like that. I kind of missed with my suntan lotion."Working alongside was Debbie Antantis of the South Side."I saw the link to Knit the Bridge on a website and I thought it was something I could join in and do," Ms. Antantis said.The appeal of working with many others to create a work of art was appealing, Ms. Gengler said: "It's artsy, it's fun, it's community-building."Also, there are just so many understories to hear: teaching little kids to knit, women at senior centers making little panels."Amanda Gross, lead design artist on the project, called Knit the Bridge "a tool for community building and community organizing, and creating positive change in the world."As the panels were installed, they were numbered and cataloged.Ms. Gross said that eventually, contributors will be able to use a data base, and possibly a smart phone app, to locate their work along the bridge. 內地經濟開始有逐步走出谷底之勢,迷你倉因為上周公布的多項重要經濟數據,都反映經濟有向好�象,�指亦回穩,經過上周二、周三大跌後,上周四及周五已好轉,令全周跌幅收窄至383點。上周四內地公布7月進出口齊反彈,當中出口往美國就由6月的跌5.4%改善至7月的上升5.3%,而歐洲、東盟等市場,都受到帶動而轉佳,這是令人鼓舞的現象。美議息前入市要審慎另外,上周五內地又公布通脹及工業品出廠價(PPI),通脹為2.7%較預期略低,沒有收緊貨幣政策的壓力,而PPI跌幅收窄至2.3%,亦反映製造業情況好轉。從美國市場出口好轉及PPI回穩,可見外圍出口市場已從谷底回升,未來有望進一步好轉,這對內地經濟及中港股市都是好消息。不過,短期股市仍不能掉以輕心,愈接近美國9月17日議息,更要加倍小心,因為聯儲局多位要員近日紛紛表態支持最快應在9月議息上開始收水退市,投資市場經歷5年的量寬而開始要經歷退市,市場會如何反應現時仍難捉摸,踏入9月尤其要審慎。�地主席李兆基認為政府打擊樓市的辣招,應為過渡性措施,在文件倉市回落後應撤銷,這是合理的要求,因為目前的辣招不單打擊炒風,就連一般人想置業作長遠投資,為退休作準備都一併打殘。須衡量對銀行業影響試想在雙倍印花稅下,買樓印花稅最高達8.5%,要收多少年租金才可收回稅款成本?那麼,手頭有一些資金想為未來生活部署的人便頭痛,買股票怕風險,存款息率又低,其他投資又認識不多,以往置業收租是好方法,但現時難行了!這些辣招不但扭曲市場,更改變市民傳統為退休生活部署的方法,只應為過渡措施,現時未必能即時放鬆,但應在樓市怎樣情況下獲放鬆,社會可以作深入討論研究。對於樓市走向,金管局亦表示對後向未清楚,未來仍會利用逆周期措施調控,如果樓價再向上,就可能加辣。這說法其實只是一個保險說法,實質上看不到加辣的空間。一來,正如李兆基所講,在現行打擊措施下,樓價升的機會很細,跌5%至10%就有機會。二來,現有措施已令銀行樓按生意大減,金管局推出措施前都要衡量對銀行業務的影響,以及銀行的承受能力,不可能只顧打擊樓價而影響銀行業穩定性。因此,金管局加辣措施的機會微乎其微。存倉

尤權在全省開展黨的群�路線教育實踐活動之際,迷你倉價錢我們召開座談會,紀念毛澤東同志才溪鄉調查80周年,弘揚老一輩革命家的優良作風和光榮傳統,意義非常重大。大家知道,才溪鄉調查是毛澤東同志在土地革命戰爭時期,革命形勢十分嚴峻的背景下開展的一次著名的農村調查。當年的中央蘇區模範鄉才溪,毛澤東同志總共去了三次。1933年11月是第三次,那次調查耗時十多天,形成了《才溪鄉調查》這一經典篇目,系統總結了才溪鄉政權建設、擴大紅軍、經濟建設、擁軍優屬、支援前線、文化教育等模範事跡,用事實回答了“在國內革命戰爭的環境下,根據地建設不僅是必要的而且是可能的”這一重要問題,不僅粉碎了左傾機會主義的種種錯誤論斷,對當時整個革命鬥爭和根據地建設起到了巨大作用,也為農村包圍城市、武裝奪取政權思想的形成進一步奠定了基礎。這次調查研究,可以說是毛澤東同志堅持實事求是、密切聯繫群�的集中體現,是我們黨踐行以人為本、執政為民理念的生動寫照,在黨的歷史上留下了不可磨滅的深刻印記。“鑒往知來,溫故知新”。才溪鄉調查雖然已經過去80年了,但是我們今天重溫這段歷史,重讀這份經典,仍然會覺得其中蘊含的、最為核心的群�觀點和求實精神,不僅沒有過時,反而歷久彌新,具有很強的時代價值和指導意義。今天,我們正在努力推進福建科學發展跨越發展,正在深入開展群�路線教育實踐活動,我們一定要很好地繼承和弘揚才溪鄉調查的精神,使之成為做好各項工作的強大精神動力。第一,要繼承和弘揚才溪鄉調查所體現的那種求真務實的精神,不斷轉變工作作風。重視調查、求真務實是毛澤東同志的一貫作風。在才溪鄉調查之前,他就強調,“沒有調查就沒有發言權”,後來又進一步指出,“不做正確的調查,同樣沒有發言權”。從才溪鄉調查中,我們可以看到毛澤東同志做調查研究工作的鮮明特點,就是親歷親為、目的明確、實事求是、態度虛心、深入細緻,等等。這篇包括7個部分、不到1萬字的《才溪鄉調查》報告,詳盡而具體地概括和描述了當年中央蘇區的實際情況,使人看過之後自然得出正確的結論,也就是蘇維埃制度優越于歷史上一切政治制度。這種結論不是產生于主觀判斷,而是建立在調查研究取得的第一手資料之上。這樣一種以求實的態度、科學的方法、深入的作風進行的調查研究,為全黨樹立了榜樣,成為幾十年來黨制定正確的路線方針政策的基本方法。調查研究是領導幹部的一項基本功。當前,在我們的領導幹部中,確實還存在著不重視調查研究、或者不善於調查研究的問題。一些同志埋頭于“文山會海”,滿足于看材料聽匯報,很少下去調查研究,決策靠拍腦袋、工作靠拍胸脯、出了問題拍屁股走人。更通常的情況是,調查研究沒有深入下去,沒有見到實情,調研活動往往是“被安排”、“被調研”,走的是“康莊大道”、看的僅僅是“優美盆景”。這些不良作風,對我們的決策、對我們黨的形象造成了很不利的影響。我們結合開展黨的群�路線教育實踐活動,認真學習領會毛澤東同志才溪鄉調查報告,就是要堅持和改進調查研究工作,虛心向人民群�學習,發揚求真務實精神,端正黨風政風。要騰出更多時間和精力,到基層、到一線、到群�中去,既解剖麻雀、也籌劃全局,既聽順耳話、也聽逆耳言,既總結先進經驗、也研究突出問題。要把經常性聽取各方面意見特別是基層群�意見作為一項制度堅持下去。只有這樣,我們才能真正把情況弄清、把症結找准、把思路理順、把舉措抓實。也只有這樣,調查研究才有意義,才是求真務實的。當然,不僅僅是調查研究,我們做任何工作都要堅持求真務實。當前,國際形勢嚴峻複雜,我國發展面臨許多新情況新問題,全面建成小康社會的任務艱巨繁重,這對我們提出了更高要求。各級領導幹部都要自覺地做出表率,進一步轉變工作作風,真正做到查實情、出實招、辦實事、求實效。唯有求真務實,我們事業才能不斷開創新的局面。第二,要始終堅持走群�路線,進一步密切與人民群�的血肉聯繫。毛澤東同志強調,“沒有放下臭架子甘當小學生的精神,那是一定做不好調查工作的。”在才溪鄉調查中,他走村入戶,深入田間地頭,與蘇區群�推心置腹談心,坦誠溝通,讓群�敞開心扉、知無不言;他與群�一起生產生活、同甘共苦,親自到才溪上壩段紅軍公田參加勞動,到群�家中幫助劈柴,與群�一起吃地瓜,田畔地頭、飯前飯後都有毛澤東同志向民�問寒問暖瞭解民情的身影。他特別重視民生問題,認為“群�的生活問題,就是一點也不能疏忽,一點也不能看輕”,直接關心群�有沒有柴燒、有沒有房子住、米價鹽價貴不貴、小孩讀書有沒有學校、生病怎麼治,甚至木橋太小行人會跌倒要不要修理等,事無巨細,一一過問。可以說,毛澤東同志在才溪鄉的調查,真正是“一切為了群�、一切依靠群�,從群�中來、到群�中去”的生動實踐,是我們學習的典範。群�路線是我們黨的生命線,也是根本工作路線。大家現在都認識到,黨的最大政治優勢是密切聯繫群�,黨執政後的最大危險是脫離群�。(下轉第2版)核心提示:今年7月底,在我省農村信用社、農商銀行深化改革八周年之際,我省農信系統業務發展實現新的突破,各項存款突破3000億元、資產總額突破4000億元。八年來,在省委、省政府的領導下,我省農村信用社、農商銀行始終高舉支農旗幟,扎實推進深化改革,實現發展持續提速、效益持續提高、質量持續提升、形象持續改善,服務“三農”、服務小微富有成效。深化改革打造跨越發展之路進入新世紀以來,農信社開始了新一輪改革的探索。根據國務院部署,農村信用社交由省級人民政府管理,由省級人民政府全面承擔對當地信用社的管理和風險處置責任。2005年7月29日,省政府成立省農村信用社聯合社,全面履行對全省農信系統的“管理、指導、協調、服務”職能,標誌著全省農信社改革發展進入一個嶄新的階段,掀開了農信社改革發展新的篇章。“這一輪改革是一次調研深入、論證嚴密、決策正確、方案科學、步驟穩妥、多方協力、成效明顯、意義重大、影響深遠的改革,在改革產權制度、完善管理體制、提升經營水平、改善服務質量、強化風險防控等方面都取得了前所未有的好成績,整體面貌煥然一新。”省農村信用社聯合社黨委書記、理事長鄢一忠接受採訪時表示。改革八年來,福建省農信社全面完成了以縣、市為法人的產權制度改革,因地制宜地選擇了農商銀行和農信社兩種組織形式,逐步完善了法人治理結構。目前共有52家農信社、15家農商銀行,農信社、農商銀行兩種組織形式兩位一體,同屬農信系統。同時大力推進產品創新、服務創新,不斷提升服務能力和隊伍建設水平,福建農信系統改革發展處於歷史最好的時期,形成發展提速、效益提高、質量提升的良好態勢。——發展持續提速。改革八年多來,全省農信系統資產總額從517億元上升到4026億元,增幅達6.79倍;各項存款從515億元上升到3014億元,增幅達4.85倍;各項貸款從368億元上升到1933億元,增幅達4.25倍。與省內銀行業比,八年存款增幅高于全省銀行業平均增幅170個百分點;其中2011、2012年連續兩年實現存款增量和市場份額增幅位居全省銀行業第一,今年上半年新增存款346億元,增量繼續位居第一。八年間,在銀行業機構不斷增多的情況下,福建農信系統存款市場份額從8.37%上升到11%,升幅達到了31.4%。——效益持續提高。賬面利潤從2005年底的2.23億元增長到73億元,增長了31.7倍。稅收繳納額從1.32億元上升到33.1億元,增長了24倍。——質量持續提升。資本充足率從-0.07%上升到15.25%,撥備覆蓋率從15.01%上升到342%,五級分類不良貸款率從2006年底的16.73%下降到1.23%。這三項質量指標名列全國農信系統前茅。這八年的發展很好地體現了速度、效益和質量的有機統一。——形象持續改觀。通過近幾年統一網點裝修改造、統一品牌策劃、統一宣傳、統一服務等舉措,也由於實力提升、質量提高、科技強化、服務優化,全省農信系統隊伍素質、精神面貌煥然一新,知名度、美譽度得到提升,農信社的形象大為改觀。我省農信系統的發展吸引了廣大大學畢業生的踴躍報考,近幾年農信系統招工每年報名的大學生都超過1萬人,報名人數與崗位之比屢創新高,2013年度新員工招聘報名與崗位之比高達23︰1。“這一輪全國改革發展十年和我省改革八年是農信歷史發展的最好時期,各方面工作都取得了明顯的進步,這些成績的取得,得益于黨政關懷,得益于各方支持,得益于全員拼搏,得益于改革紅利,得益于整體經濟發展的良好大勢等各種因素。”省農信社黨委書記、理事長鄢一忠說。(下轉第3版)(上接第1版)現在社會上存在的不少矛盾,固然有諸多複雜因素,但往往也與我們群�工作做得不夠細、不夠實、不夠到位有關,不少問題可以從幹部脫離群�這方面找到根由。一些黨員幹部思想上漠視群�、感情上疏遠群�、工作上脫離群�,導致群�的不信任、不理解、不支持,甚至由此產生一些不穩定的因素,尤其要引起我們警惕。現在,我們正處在經濟轉型、社會轉軌的關鍵時期,統籌兼顧各方面利益的任務艱巨繁重,如何進一步做好新時期的群�工作,直接考驗廣大黨員幹部的黨性和智慧。習近平同志在寧德工作時提出的“四下基層”,是對做好群�工作的有效探索。我們做好新時期群�工作,最重要的是把握好兩個方面:一是當好“小學生”。“群�是真正的英雄,而我們自己則往往是幼稚可笑的,不了解這一點,就不能得到起碼的知識”,這是毛澤東同志的深刻論斷。我們的幹部不要總認為自己高明,不願意甚至不屑于傾聽群�的意見。事實上,人民群�最瞭解真實情況,他們的智慧集中起來,一定會比我們高明。我們要虛心拜人民群�為師,尊重他們的首創精神,採納他們的意見建議,調動他們的積極性,不斷從他們身上汲取智慧和力量。二是當好“貼心人”。各級領導幹部要帶著感情與群�打交道、交朋友。群�的眼睛是雪亮的。我們對群�有沒有感情,他們看得出來,也體會得到。不帶著感情下基層、“接地氣”,那很可能就是“作秀”,會引起老百姓的反感。我們的幹部不能害怕群�反映問題,群�找我們,說明他們還是依賴我們、信任我們的,如果他們有事也不願意找我們,那就說明有了隔閡,問題就大了。所以,我們要注意多與群�溝通交流,平等相待、坦誠相見,以情換情、以心交心,增進理解和信任,讓群�更多地支持我們的工作。第三,要加快革命老區發展步伐,讓廣大老區人民共享改革發展成果。當年的才溪鄉,在全鄉88%的青壯年男子去當紅軍、勞動力銳減的情況下,為了不影響生產建設,發明瞭許多辦法,互幫互助發展生產。比如,組織勞動合作社、消費合作社、糧食合作社、犁牛合作社等,有效地解決了生產生活中的實際困難,使才溪鄉不僅擴紅、支前創第一,而且發展生產也創第一,生產比暴動前增加了10%,“群�生活有了很大的改良”。毛澤東同志在才溪鄉調查中,稱讚才溪是“全蘇區第一個光榮的模範”,並將其定位為“爭取全中國勝利的堅強的前進陣地”。在長期的革命鬥爭中,包括才溪在內的我省革命老區蘇區為中國革命的勝利作出了巨大犧牲和重要貢獻。新中國成立特別是改革開放以來,革命老區的經濟社會建設取得顯著成績,但由於客觀條件制約,與沿海地區相比還有不小的差距。從全省實現全面建設小康社會的目標任務來看,重點和難點是在老區,在欠發達地區。從某種意義上講,加快老區發展,既是經濟問題、社會問題,也是政治問題、感情問題。省委決定,近期將召開省委九屆九次全會,專題研究扶貧開發工作重點縣加快發展和現代農業發展的問題。全省各級各部門要以此為契機,把支持老區發展這一項重大政治任務抓緊抓實抓好。省直部門要加強定點掛�扶持,沿海地區要強化對口幫扶,重點在基礎設施建設、產業發展、重點項目、社會事業、生態建設和財政轉移支付等方面,給予更大力度的傾斜和支持,儘快把老區發展搞上去。這也是這次教育實踐活動要解決的一個突出問題,是一個重要的成果體現。當然,加快老區發展,除了要積極“輸血”,還要大力“造血”,關鍵是要增強老區的自我發展能力。才溪人民在革命戰爭年代“幹革命走在前頭,搞生產力爭上游”的精神風貌,對我們加快經濟社會發展仍迷你倉庫是很好的示範和激勵。廣大老區人民要堅持自力更生、艱苦奮鬥,解放思想、開闊眼界,立足各自實際,挖掘比較優勢,發展特色產業,保護生態環境,用自己勤勞的雙手創造更加美好的生活。紀念過去,是為了更好地開創未來。才溪鄉調查已載入光輝史冊,但留下的寶貴精神財富,將永遠激勵我們奮發前行。在新的歷史起點上,讓我們緊密團結在以習近平同志為總書記的黨中央周圍,解放思想,改革開放,凝聚力量,攻堅克難,加快福建科學發展跨越發展,爭取早日實現全面建成小康社會奮鬥目標。“改製不改向,改名不改姓,支農本色不變,改製是為了更好地服務‘三農’。深化改革八年最重要、最寶貴的經驗之一,是必須堅定不移地堅持和強化農信社服務‘三農’和普惠金融的市場定位。”鄢一忠指出,作為“農”字當頭的金融服務機構,“服務‘三農’、造福民生、奉獻社會”是農信唯一的宗旨和主要使命,農信系統將始終牢記宗旨,努力踐行宗旨,堅持服務“三農”、服務小微、服務民生、服務實體經濟,服務地方經濟社會科學發展。近年來,省農信社每年均制訂專門的支農指導意見,如今年下發《關於支持現代農業發展提升服務三農水平的若干意見》,要求新增貸款規模主要用于涉農及小微企業貸款,確保2013年全省農信系統涉農貸款增速高于各項貸款平均增速,涉農貸款占各項貸款比例總體不低於上年水平。據瞭解,近年來涉農貸款實現了“三個高于”,即全年涉農貸款增速高于各項貸款增速,增量和占比高于上年水平,實現總量持續增加、比例穩步提高。數據顯示,至6月末全省農信社、農商銀行涉農貸款餘額1470億元,占比達77.1%,高出全國農信系統近10個百分點,高于全省銀行業40多個百分點。每年承擔著全省90%以上春耕生產貸款、60%以上農戶貸款以及40%以上林業貸款等投放任務。數據充分說明農信社貸款重點投向“三農”,發放給了廣大農戶。作為支農主力軍,我省農信系統2009年已率先在全國實現全省鄉鎮銀行網點全覆蓋。目前1861個營業網點中,80%分佈在縣域和鄉村;在全省85%以上的行政自然村還布設了1萬多個小額支付便民點。累計發放社保卡1000多萬張,覆蓋全省三分之二縣域,代發農民種糧補貼、油價補貼、庫區移民補貼、農村低保金等300多億元。福建民營經濟較為發達,中小微企業�多,貸款需求旺盛。針對中小微企業資金需求短、頻、急的特點,我省農信社、農商銀行發揮“自主經營、決策鏈短、貼近市場”的優勢,縮短審批環節,為小微企業貸款開闢綠色通道。各地農信社、農商銀行結合小微企業發展現狀,貸款向支柱行業、特色產業、現代農業、設施農業傾斜,突出重點,主動營銷,支持小微企業成就大事業。據悉,我省農信系統發放的500萬元以內的小微企業貸款占全省銀行業的27%。“農信社成立60年來,始終擔當著服務‘三農’、服務縣域、服務中小微企業、服務民生的重任,這是我們的宗旨,是我們的傳統,是我們的品牌,是我們的優勢。”省農村信用社聯合社黨委書記、理事長鄢一忠表示,堅持服務“三農”和普惠金融的市場定位既是職責之所在,也是八年實踐、八年發展的經驗之所在,新形勢下不但要堅持,更要強化。轉換機制不斷改革和完善經營管理機制農信社改革越深入,機制轉換的要求就愈加迫切。據瞭解,省農信社成立後,制定完善了180多項規章制度,靠制度來教育、培養、規範、管理隊伍,以制度建設促機制轉換,推進管理規範化。每項涉及全省農信系統的制度和決策出台之前,都廣泛徵求各農信社、農商銀行的意見建議,對征集的意見逐條進行研究答複,使得各項制度和決策都建立在取得共識的基礎之上,增強了制度執行力。“深化改革,必須著力轉變不適應發展的思想觀念、體制機制,逐步構建起與金融競爭要求相適應的經營管理機制。”鄢一忠表示。圍繞轉換機制的要求,省農信社建立了一系列經營管理機制,使各農信社、農商銀行不斷增強市場競爭力,改進服務方式,完善服務功能,提高服務水平。建立績效考評機制。在全國率先實行分類賽馬的績效考評機制,以業績、位次定績效薪酬,建立正向激勵、反向約束的機制。每年評出經營管理十強、業務增長十佳及特別鼓勵單位。綜合考評結果與績效薪酬掛�,體現效率優先的導向;同時因地制宜、分類考核,體現兼顧公平的導向,使考核結果客觀反映各農信社、農商銀行實際情況。建立風險金管理機制。在全國率先實施《操守風險金管理指導意見》、《高級管理人員操守風險金管理暫行辦法》,建立健全激勵約束機制,推動合規文化建設,激勵員工自覺遵守職業操守,提高忠誠度,提升風險防範意識。建立股權激勵機制。省農信社每年與監管部門聯合下發股金分紅指導意見,根據監管政策和經營成果,按照差別化分紅的政策,合理把握股金分紅,充分調動股東積極性,也帶動了股價的上漲。一方面,激勵股東增強主人翁意識,關心支持農信社發展。為充分發揮員工持股的獨特優勢,更好地吸引優秀人才,省農信社還出台了《激勵新員工持股指導意見》;另一方面,通過股金溢價發行的方式,買斷一部分不良資產,消化了歷史包袱。建立資金營運機制。建立了有效健全的省級營運平台運作機制、系統內約期利率定價機制和同業報價與約期利率孰高原則運作的約束機制,在培育營運意識、增強議價能力、促進市場運作、提高資金效益、防範道德風險等方面起到了積極的作用。省級運營平台始終堅持“確保支農、服務為本、平等自願、市場運作、風險可控、分配透明”。建立風險管控機制。強化規制制約,督促各農信社、農商銀行抓好日常管理工作,保障少出問題、不出大問題。針對大額貸款風險,近年來先後出台《授信管理基本制度》《大額授信管理暫行辦法》《授信業務集中度風險控制與監測管理辦法(試行)》,合理設定行業、產業、地區、客戶的授信限額比例,管住授信業務集中度風險,實現安全、穩健發展。同時,省農信社成立稽查大隊,各設區市成立稽核中心,有效強化稽核檢查,將一部分風險苗頭消除在萌芽狀態。建立交流幫扶機制。通過先進單位與後進單位之間交流任職、派駐掛職、掛�幫扶的方式,為後進單位傳經送寶、加強管理;通過先進單位入股後進單位,以股權紐帶協助化險、加快發展;針對一些出現風險苗頭或管理能力較弱的聯社,派駐人員強化督導,出台獎罰並重政策,扶持化解風險。通過交流幫扶,解決了一些老大難問題。建立員工薪酬民主評議機制。省農信社機關薪酬與各農信社、農商銀行掛�,省農信社處以上幹部工資由理事單位、基層行社代表、員工代表、處以上幹部以無記名方式在規定的績效係數內民主確定;農信社、農商銀行憑賽馬業績定薪酬總額,其高管根據業績和表現,在確定的工資係數範圍內,實行民主評定,體現了民主評議、廣泛參與的濃厚氛圍,樹立了正確的導向。薪酬管理堅持“三個不高于”的原則,即薪酬總額增長不高于利潤總額增長,人均薪酬增長不高于人均利潤增長,高管人員薪酬增幅不高于員工薪酬平均增幅。塑造形象做出農信品牌和特色在全省農信系統2013年年中經營形勢分析會上,省農信社黨委書記、理事長鄢一忠指出:“品牌和特色是品質、是實力,是形象、是聲譽,是傳承、是未來。”近年來,全省農信社、農商銀行圍繞塑造和擦亮支農品牌,持續開展金融創新。先後開發了“福萬通”等六大系列42個具有農信特色、多元化的金融產品;外匯業務、理財產品及“福萬通”理財卡等實現零的突破;林權、海域權抵押貸款、“金鑰匙”生源地信用助學貸款、“萬通寶”自助循環貸款、數據倉庫平台建設及應用實踐等多項金融產品及研究成果在全國獲獎。今年全省農信社、農商銀行正在大力推進“電子銀行建設年”活動,通過開通手機銀行、網銀業務、布設自助機具等措施,使廣大客戶、邊遠地區農民輕鬆便捷享受現代金融服務。據悉,福建農信系統的電子業務替代率已達67%,在全國農信系統居於領先地位。招人、選人、用人的陽光公開,是近年來福建農信系統形成的又一個品牌亮點。“公平正義比太陽還要光輝。公平正義不僅僅是一句口號,它更是一種品牌,一種形象,一種無形資產。”省農信社鄢一忠理事長表示。在人才招聘上,堅持做到崗位公開、條件公開、程序公開、規則公開,面試規則、評分規則、須知事項提前以《致全體入圍考生公開信》的形式逐一告知全體考生。筆試省農信社自身不出考卷、不改考卷,委托第三方統一出卷,統一評卷;面試則由省農信社統一組織,設區市統一實施,實行評委與監委臨時抽籤,除省農信社派人現場監督外,還通過視頻、通過錄像進行監控。正是由於堅持“三公”,福建農信的品牌形象日益提升,陽光、公平、正義的福建農信形象正得到社會各界的認可、認同。省農信社成立以來,全省農信系統已招聘大專以上新員工5128名,其中本科及以上的占了68.66%,大專以上學歷的員工占比從2005年末的35.24%提高到目前的81.37%。此外,省農信社機關帶頭堅持逢進必考的原則,今年面向系統內選拔11名員工,報名人數達到500多人。自2010年以來,省農信社黨委加大競爭性選拔幹部工作力度,逐步實現公開選拔、競爭上崗和差額選拔等競爭性選拔幹部工作經常化、制度化,逐步引導廣大幹部員工不斷加強學習,提升學習力,提高履職能力。在幹部選拔中堅持“三公、三看”,即公平、公正、公開,看業績、看素質、看群�公認度,同時將學習情況與幹部推薦選拔、職務等級晉升等結合起來。近年來,先後通過公開競聘選拔了50多位高管和處級幹部。提拔幹部要“靠素質、靠業績、靠群�公認度”成為上下共識。此外,省農信社始終要求各農信社、農商銀行高管要發揮“領導表率、示範引領”的作用,每一級、每一位領導都要求做“學習上的標杆、業務上的行家、操守上的楷模、敬業上的表率”,敢於叫響“看我的”、“跟我上”。據悉,2010年、2011年、2012年省委組織部對130多個省直單位幹部選拔任用、整治用人不正之風等五個項目的民主評議時,省農信社五個項目都高于平均分10分左右。為了進一步改變隊伍的整體面貌,近年來,一場名為“創建學習型組織爭當學習型員工”的活動在全省農信社、農商銀行展開。對抓好學習,省農信社黨委書記、理事長鄢一忠有獨到的見解,他指出:“銀行業是高科技、高知識含量的行業,尤其要重視學習,必須按照建設學習型、服務型、創新型金融機構的要求持續加強隊伍建設,唯有如此,才能實現福建農信之夢。”近年來,福建省農信社、農商銀行在全省銀行業和全國同業率先實行銀行業從業人員資格認證強制考試制度,要求50歲以下男員工、45歲以下女員工必須通過全國銀行業從業資格兩門考試。至目前,全省員工通過率已達到89.5%。全省農信系統抓學習蔚然成風,形成“一級帶一級,一級抓一級,層層抓學習”的良好局面,有效推動了創建學習型組織活動的深入開展。針對經營管理人才、專業人才的不同特點,省農信社開展差別化培訓,先後舉辦各類培訓班100多期,以前所未有的力度,將理(董)事長、主任(行長)、監事長等高管以及黨務工作者、基層網點負責人、中層幹部、新員工全部培訓了一遍,有針對性地組織舉辦了領導力建設專題培訓、高管和高管副職、金牌櫃員示範班、客戶經理等培訓班以及業務技能大比拼、業務知識競賽。今年上半年以來就組織集中辦班18期,培訓人數超過3000人。據悉,下一步全省農信社、農商銀行還將圍繞著“服務三農、服務小微”打造服務實體經濟的最佳“零售銀行”;秉承“便民、利民、惠民”的理念打造深受百姓歡迎的“社區銀行”;緊盯科技發展、產品創新的前沿,打造緊跟時代步伐,滿足各類客戶需求的“現代銀行”;牢牢抓住人才培養、素質提升這一最具核心競爭力的關鍵,加強學習型組織建設,加強企業文化建設,打造基業長青、受人尊重的“百年銀行”。省農村信用社聯合社黨委書記、理事長鄢一忠接受採訪時表示:站在新的發展起點上,全省農信社、農商銀行將認真貫徹落實省委、省政府主要領導近期對全省農信系統工作的重要批示精神,堅持為“三農”服務的方向不動搖,不斷改革和完善體制機制,做強農信品牌和特色,切實加強基層工作、基礎工作和員工的基本功訓練,努力建設“客戶滿意、股東滿意、員工滿意,基業長青、受人尊重的現代化金融機構”,為福建經濟社會發展做出新的應有的貢獻。儲存

  鼠標輕點,迷你倉商品到家,電子商務的發達讓越來越多的人愛上網購。在爆發式增長的網絡消費需求之下,雖然大部分銀行都已開始布局電子商務,但面對已經成熟的專業電商,銀行系電商能否突圍也備受關注。  作為區域主流銀行的廣州農商銀行,正嘗試著走出一條差異化的銀行系電商之路,從商城主題進行突破—繼推出貴金屬及錢幣主題網上商城後,廣州農商銀行于近日推出綠色農產品主題商城。依托該行在農業領域的優勢,向客戶提供包括蔬菜、禽蛋、肉、魚、米、油、菇菌、茶等在內的高品質農產品,並提供健康飲食資訊,養生菜譜信息,體驗活動分享等多項貼心服務,全面提升客戶生活品質。  ■新快報記者 張瀟  銀行商城變身綠色菜籃  “一般銀行做網上商城,都是以綜合性平台為主,銷售的產品最多的就是3C數碼,或者家居百貨類產品。”電子商務業內人士坦言,現在專業電商平台越來越多,銀行切入這一市場需要更多的創新性。相比同行,廣州農商行的網上商城獨辟蹊徑,此次其打造的綠色農產品主題商城,瞄準了與廣州市民日常生活息息相關的“菜籃子”。  “平時工作太忙了,下班了還要趕去菜市場或者超市買菜,不是品種少就是不夠新鮮,如果銀行商城提供各式各類的新鮮食品,我應該會嘗試下。”在外企工作的王太太,白天在公司打拼,晚上在家里掌廚,銀行商城主打新鮮食品讓她覺得很有吸引力。  據廣州農商銀行方面透露,該商城上架的商品已經涵蓋蔬菜、水果、畜禽、糧油、休閒食品等數百個品種,更多的品種將陸續推出。同時,該商城既提供單品任消費者選購,也為消費者搭配了多種不同的套餐,讓消費者體驗不同的購物樂趣。  線上購物+線下體驗店  記者在採訪中發現,對於網購群體而言,除了產品品文件倉外,消費者也非常在意物流配送服務的水平。而與普通的商品相比,綠色農產品對於物流的要求更嚴格,而這也對於廣州農商行的主題商城運營提出了新的挑戰。  “我們的綠色農產品主題商城充分發揮傳統物流配送優勢,圍繞冷藏、冷凍食品、生鮮產品而形成倉儲、運輸、配送等一體化綜合物流服務,商品從入庫到保存、理貨、配送實行全程溫控,在硬件設備、溫控技術及管理制度上層層嚴格把關,確保商品到達客戶手中依然新鮮如一。”廣州農商銀行方面表示,客戶上午訂單,次日即可收到新鮮的商品。  同時,與其他的銀行網上商城相比,綠色農產品主題商城將線上商城與線下體驗店緊密結合,客戶既可選擇配送服務,也可選擇到線下體驗店自提商品。廣州農商行方面透露,今年內,廣州地區的線下體驗店還將擴充到300個,客戶自提商品更加方便。  特色體驗讓生活更健康  對於都市人而言,對於綠色健康的生活,不只是需要綠色食品。廣州農商銀行的綠色農產品主題商城也看到了其中的需求,在滿足客戶訂購商品的同時,該商城還通過多種手段提高客戶的體驗,為客戶提供更多的增值服務。  據介紹,該商城開闢了健康飲食資訊和養生菜譜信息專區,向客戶傳達健康飲食的訊息,使客戶可以在愜意購物的同時,也可以瀏覽健康飲食資訊,學習養生飲食烹飪。而為了進一步提高客戶對健康飲食、養生保健的認識,該商城還不定期舉辦食品知識及營養健康講座,普及客戶在食品方面知識,加強與客戶之間互動。  除了知識的傳授,該商城還著力打造“農商行生產隊”,客戶可以以家庭為單位組成生產組、生產隊,全家參與農場勞動,並享受自家地農場出產的安全優質農產品,體驗農家的樂趣。參加農場勞動還可以掙取工分,兌換優質農產品。張瀟存倉

2010年,迷你倉美國人理查德·弗羅里達通過衛星觀看全球夜景時發現,東亞地區的香港和深圳,出現一片連綿耀眼的城市燈光。他將其命名為“香圳”,並認為這片土地將取代東京,與紐約、倫敦並列三大“世界城市”。燈光的連接自然比兩座城市的融合容易得多。四百多年深港風雲史,在分合交替中逶迤前進——— 從同屬一縣到分道揚鑣,而今又現殊途同歸之勢。 三十多年前,大量港資湧向剛開放的土地,“前店後廠”的合作模式帶來深港經濟的騰飛。現在,深港雙城再次于南海之濱握手。前海,這片僅有15平方公里的土地,能夠開�深港深度融合的新局面嗎?走入深水區的深港合作,面臨更多挑戰,更多元的聲音。“只恐雙溪蚱蜢舟,載不動許多愁。”新生的前海,能穿過層層質疑乃至批評,到達光明的彼岸麼? 年紀輕輕的咨詢師羅潤華,突然闖進一片商機蓬勃的領域。 2010年,他協助深圳一家大企業在前海籌建全球供應鏈管理中心,從此開始關注前海發展。後來,有一個朋友想到前海註冊公司,羅潤華為他做了前期的商業計劃後,看到了其中的商機,“我們就把這開發成一個產品。”真正的業務開展是在今年,短短幾個月,羅潤華已協助幾十家企業在前海落戶。 這些企業多是基金公司、資產管理公司、投資公司或融資租賃公司。老闆大多有前瞻性思維,主要來自深圳或廣東。也有不遠千里而來的。比如一家浙江的企業,專門派代表過來考察。這是一場奔赴改革前線的短跑,指令槍一響,�多企業條件反射般沖出去。羅潤華坦言,有些企業對前海的認識還比較懵懂,主要衝著這裡的優惠政策而來。 下一站:前海 7月26日,位於前海的兩塊土地拍賣,其中一塊以71.8億元的價格成為深圳總價“地王”。三十年河東,三十年河西。今日炙手可熱的前海,昔日只是一片荒蕪的灘塗。 上世紀70年代末,當蛇口工業區在袁庚帶領下開天闢地時,一山之隔的前海默默無聞。在深圳80年代的規劃中,前海被列為發展後備用地,以待條件成熟後開發利用。進入2000年,深圳在多個城市規劃中,將前海定位為最具戰略意義的空間資源。直到2008年,神秘的前海依然猶抱琵琶。 那時,香港與深圳特區的合作已走過30年。改革開放之初,正在為勞動密集型產業謀求出路的香港,與剛剛打開大門的深圳特區一拍即合,大量港資湧入。前店後廠的製造業合作模式,使香港實現工業向服務業的無痛轉型,也使深圳經濟得以騰飛。截至2007年6月8日,深圳港資企業達到13224家,註冊資本253.8億美元,投資總額420.6億美元。在深圳實際使用外資金額前10位的國家和地區中,香港居第一。 所有的指標看起來都很漂亮,直到2008年金融海嘯來襲,大量在深圳、珠三角集聚的港資工廠被“淹沒”。深圳和香港幾乎同時感到陣陣寒意。隨著天津、上海乃至江蘇、深圳的崛起,香港轉口貿易大幅下滑。在外,世界經濟的一舉一動都能使其傷筋動骨;在內,支柱產業優勢減弱、居民貧富懸殊、企業創新能力不足。而三十而立的深圳特區則陷入“特區還特嗎”、“特區是否泯然�人矣”的集體迷思。時任廣東省委書記汪洋振聾發聵地發問:“深圳靠什麼實現三十而立?未來三十年,深圳再幹什麼?”深港雙方強烈地意識到,兩地的優勢必須互補,雙城力量必須整合,雙方需要一個深度合作的平台。這時,前海走進了公�視野。這個只有15平方公里的“小不點”,恰好落在“香港-深圳-廣州”這一軸線的核心位置。2008年底,國家發改委出台《珠江三角洲地區改革發展規劃綱要》,將前海地區規劃建設為深港現代服務業合作的重要空間載體,一下子將前海開發上升為國家戰略,並將香港納入其中。2010年8月26日,在深圳特區成立30周年之際,國務院正式批復廣東省報送的《前海深港現代服務業合作區總體發展規劃》。 廣東省委常委、深圳市委書記王榮說,深圳前30年主要是製造業領域的開放,今後將側重服務業領域的開放,實現這一過程要借助深港合作。前海項目無疑是深港合作的“一個重要平台和契機”。時任香港特首曾蔭權的想法,是將香港的服務行業全方位拉進前海。香港作為自貿區,服務業占G D P之比已超過93%。香港要發揮現代服務業的優勢,輻射到珠三角經濟腹地,最近的路徑就是通過深圳尤其是前海。 前海會搶香港飯碗? 作為現代服務業的主要代表,香港的金融機構對於進入前海早已摩拳擦掌。 作為首批向前海企業安排跨境人民幣貸款的香港銀行之一,�生銀行早在2010年9月初就相繼拜訪深圳市政府金融辦、前海管理局,瞭解前海未來規劃和相關政策。�生中國副董事長兼行長關燕萍告訴南都記者,�生銀行希望結合在內地市場的經驗,將香港先進的經營模式和成熟的金融產品帶到前海,為客戶提供一站式的全方位服務。目前�生銀行(中國)在前海已設立第一個網點。�生銀行想做的事情還有很多,比如在這裡打造深圳與香港兩地產品互補、市場一體化的發展格局,使在前海的香港人可以購買內地金融產品,而內地人可以購買香港金融產品。 春江水暖鴨先知,實際上像香港�生銀行這樣敢於試水的“鴨子”並不多。羅潤華感覺,目前在前海還是深圳企業熱,香港企業冷。因為一系列具體政策尚未落地,很多港企還在觀望。前海管理局一位處長回憶,香港企業一開始確實並非十分熱衷,“最開始香港輿論對前海的態度便是質疑,覺得前海要來掏空香港的服務業了,就跟之前廣東掏空香港的製造業一樣。”有媒體報道,2009年廣東省一位官員在香港提出,深港合作打造現代服務業,前海作為“前店”,香港可作為“後廠”。這一說法顛覆了香港人心中根深蒂固的深港合作“前店後廠”的定位,引發了香港各界的熱議。有一家媒體這樣描述:“深圳銳意打造區域金融中心,各種優惠措施層出不窮,近期再接再厲,深圳正研究在前海引用港式法規管理制度,希望填平兩地體制的鴻溝。一旦這個特區中的特區發展成功,是否也意味香港僅有的制度優勢將逐漸消失?”香港經貿商會會長李秀�反問:“香港有多少企業和精英可以進駐(前海)或受惠?到最後,得益的就僅是大企業和專業精英嗎?如此文件倉來,香港貧富懸殊的矛盾恐怕會更尖銳。況且,目前香港本身也求才若渴,而非人才過剩,倘若前海再拉走一批專業人才,會不會削弱香港本土的競爭力?”“那是他們不了解,前海不可能跟香港搶金融中心的地位。”上述前海管理局的這名處長說,奪香港的“飯碗”也不符合前海規劃的初衷。據透露,深圳市政府申報前海規劃向中央匯報時,當時領導人便反問了四個問題,其中包括“前海的發展建設對維護香港繁榮穩定有什麼影響”。 “凡是不利於香港的事情,我們都不會做。”這大概是前海管理局乃至深圳官員在向港人介紹前海時說得最多的一句話了。今年7月10日在香港舉辦的一場研討會上,前海管理局局長張備明確說,只要是不利於香港的事情、與香港爭奪利益的事情,前海絕對不做。前海要通過和香港的合作,學習香港,做大深港兩地在全球金融市場的話語權,至少是在東南亞的話語權。 深圳金融辦主任肖亞非以倫敦新老金融城的發展為例,闡明深港兩地不是零和遊戲。肖亞非說,倫敦新金融城的建設不但沒有衝擊老金融城,反而增加了整個倫敦金融業的規模,提高了它的國際地位。深港兩地金融的同質性非常低,而錯位發展的基礎良好。 前海能有多少“香港味” 深圳的官員說,港企對前海的態度,從最初的不了解,到慢慢猶豫,現在已是積極參與了。最新數據顯示,截至7月26日,前海已吸引1271家企業進駐,擬註冊資本總額1458億元。截至7月21日,有104家港資企業入駐,註冊資本160億元。但這樣的數據,或許並不能讓深圳市委書記王榮滿意。“未來港資企業、港資數量應占前海1/3以上,否則不叫深港合作。”日前王榮在視察前海時,反複強調前海發展要依托香港。 前海既名為“深港現代服務業合作區”,深港合作自然是題中應有之義。被譽為前海“基本法”的《深圳經濟特區前海深港現代服務業合作條例》,有20多處提到香港,明確提出前海應該堅持與香港緊密合作。而2012年國務院批復的支持前海開發開放的22項先行先試政策,“也無一不緊緊圍繞著香港。”前海管理局一名處長說,前海管理局的法定機構定位、前海廉政監督局的設立,都是借鑒“港思維”的結果。 但羅潤華感覺,目前前海的“香港味”也不是很濃,“當然,有些變化能感受到,比如政府部門辦事的效率,前海法庭、仲裁機構和廉政監督局的開設等,這些都是創新。但跟一開始的設想相比,應該是各方博弈後進行了一些妥協。”一名前海管理局官員也承認:“改革和融合未必可以一步到位,但總歸開了個好頭,慢慢摸著石頭過河。”大刀闊斧的改革創新,與小心謹慎的風險防範,是天平的兩端。前海能有多少“香港味”,就看天平往哪一方傾斜。 以“前海與香港可進行雙向人民幣貸款”這一試點為例,截至今年5月末,在央行深圳市中心支行進行前海跨境人民幣貸款備案的項目已達30個,涉及協議金額52.5億元,正式簽署項目6個,合同金額6.7億元。前海管理局發言人王錦俠說,隨著前海開發建設的推進,以及產業優惠目錄等政策落地,企業對跨境人民幣需求會有更快增長,年內或將達到百億元。 有專家高度評價這一試點對人民幣國際化以及中國金融體制改革的重要意義。但北京交通大學經濟管理學院教授黎友煥認為,這對推動利率市場化有積極影響,但影響不會很大。跨境人民幣貸款業務也許可能成為熱錢流入的一個渠道。 羅潤華說,在他接觸到的企業中,幾乎所有老闆,最看重的還是前海的稅收和貸款優惠政策。而這正是香港沃德國際管理顧問有限公司董事局主席盧麒元不看好前海的原因。他覺得圈一個地方搞特殊政策就能帶來翻天覆地變化的時代已經過去。 相比之下,業內人士孫先生更樂觀,“所謂的優惠只是表象,是和國際接軌的慣常做法。前海的核心價值,是它在金融制度上的先行先試。”羅潤華也認為,前海最大的優勢是先行先試,這裡地方小,即使錯了可以退出來,影響不大。但上海必須更謹慎一些,“如果中國在金融領域進行大刀闊斧的改革,那一定會放在前海。”香港有多少企業和精英可以進駐(前海)或受惠?到最後,得益的就僅是大企業和專業精英嗎?如此一來,香港貧富懸殊的矛盾恐怕會更尖銳。況且,目前香港本身也求才若渴,而非人才過剩,倘若前海再拉走一批專業人才,會不會削弱香港本土的競爭力?——— 香港經貿商會會長李秀�只要是不利於香港的事情、與香港爭奪利益的事情,前海絕對不做。——— 前海管理局局長張備 記者手記 前海開發考驗深港 “同性相斥,異性相吸”的理論,頗適用于雙城關係。深港雙城,四百年前是一家。1573年,明朝萬歷皇帝下詔,批准現在的深圳和香港地區從原屬的東莞縣分離出來,設立新安縣。從那之後,深港兩地分分合合,砥礪前行。香港回歸後,“深港都市圈”、“深港一體化”、“深港同城”等口號層出不窮。這一次,兩座兄弟城市在前海找到了交集。 深圳方面早已意識到與香港“綑綁”發展的優勢,多年前就提出“向香港學習,為香港服務”的口號。在解決“特區不特”難題時,香港無疑是一劑良方。但一個巴掌拍不響,多年來,一直有人認為深港合作是“深熱港冷”。香港特首梁振英去年上任後,就表示和內地和諧合作對香港長遠發展至為重要。他還提出增設副司長,統籌與內地合作的建議,可惜未獲立法會通過。正如寫過《香港深層次矛盾》的經濟學家王于漸所說,與內地的融合,對香港來說是嶄新挑戰。其實,融合的意義絕非是兩滴水變成一滴水,絕非體量和規模的簡單疊加,而是相互借鑒、互通有無、取長補短,產生1+ 1大於2的效果。如果前海的改革缺乏魄力,不溫不火如一普通城區,便失去深港共建的必要性;如果兩地因前海開發而衝撞、摩擦,或者惡性競爭,一榮一損,則失去深港合作的可能性。當深港合作走入深水區,溝通與合作、魄力與智慧都顯得異常重要。 如果將前海比做一道菜,目前各式材料已備,接下來考驗的,就是深港兩位大廚的功力了。 策劃:陳文定 普德法 謝江濤 亞牛統籌:楊濤 王睦廣 袁炯賢 主筆:南都記者 莊樹雄 採寫:南都記者 莊樹雄 何薇 石秋菊存倉

  《經濟通通訊社12日專訊》金管局、證監會及保監處推出銷售投資相連壽險計劃新指引後,迷你倉沙田多間銀行相繼退出相關市場。匯豐早前下令前線銷售人員7月起不用銷售此產品,渣打香港亦已於6月底停售。  市場消息透露,雖然匯豐表面上仍有投連險產品銷售,但早前內部已通知前線銷售人員,7月起不用銷售投連險,除非客戶主動要求購買迷你倉價錢產品。  匯豐發言人稱,該行在新指引下,正檢討如何有效繼續銷售投連險,而該行的貨架上仍有投連險產品售賣,並會依足新指引進行銷售。  較早前中銀香港(02388)等個別銀行已率先停售相關產品,金管局其後於今年4月正式發出指引,並要求銀行最遲6月底執行新指引,星展、花旗、富邦等銀行亦相繼表態暫停銷售投連險。(zy)迷你倉庫
